Lea Padelford, LMBT

There are many reasons why I got into this field of work:  Not only help others, but also to help myself!  I’d always been interested in massage therapy but have also had problems with pain over the years; I have definitely witnessed the benefits of massage first-hand!  I love what I do, and I care for each of my clients’ safety and well-being.

Lea Padelford is a Licensed Massage Therapist. Lea and John are the parents of an amazing 7 year old and 3 year old who keeps them on their toes!   When she is not working, you can find Lea in her backyard grounding & gardening, listening to music/ as well as reading, and spending time with her husband, her two sons & three furry animals.

In 2019, Lea attended Guilford Technical Community College in the Professional Therapeutic Massage Program.  Having completed over 650 hours of instruction and training, Lea has also received certification in Neuromuscular Therapy.   Prior to pursuing her LMBT, Lea worked as a Front Desk Associate at Massage Envy.  Her employment at ME helped establish a firm understanding of not just the industry as a whole, but also of the intricacies of operating a massage clinic as well as discerning client needs.

Lea also holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development from GTCC, with previous work focusing on children with special needs before she joined her husband at Green Leaf Wellness Center.

Mark Day, LMBT

His training in structural balancing and trigger points have provided a deeper understanding of the body, and a satisfying, ongoing challenge.

Mark’s interest in massage and bodywork grew from his love for martial arts. Massage is an integral part of these explorations, and is used to not only restore, but make the body and mind more resilient for challenges of life.
